Mid State Supply offers not only the latest products

expertise in the business. Our showroom consultants
understand the building process and work with you and your
contractor to ensure that your project stays on track and
that the right product is at the job site at the right time.
Mid State Supply showrooms are fertile grounds for ideas.
You're welcome to come in and browse. If, however, you need
the expertise of one of our consultants during your
decision-making process, we request that you make an
appointment.
Kitchen and Bath Appointment Guidelines . . .
In order to get the undivided
attention of a personal consultant, and to make sure your
experience of visiting a Mid-State Supply showroom is the
best it can be, we ask that an appointment be set up ahead
of time. Appointments can range from one hour to five
depending on the size of your project.
Our consultants are well informed
with plumbing and building codes and specifications, and
will gladly show you the products that your plumber or
builder has specified. If you choose to make changes, those
choices will be noted and your consultant will contact your
plumber to determine if
additional costs will be incurred as a result of your
changes. After reviewing your decisions and costs with your
plumber, and you have agreed on your product selections, he
will in turn let our consultants know it is okay to place
the order.
It is very important to review
with your plumber and make sure you feel confident in your
selections, because manufacturers DO NOT accept returns on
many products, or are very strict on returned goods with
additional restocking fees.
A few suggestions that will make
your appointment run smoothly are:
*Call to set up an appointment
*Bring your plumbing proposal/bid
*Bring your house plans
*Bring any color samples of paint
or etc. already chosen, and, or magazine ideas etc.
